Kuramathi has over 700 employees solely dedicated to providing better services to our delightful guests. Of the many team members who call Kuramathi their home, one such team members is Haamiim Ali, a Maldivian from Fuvahmulah, (Southern Region in the Maldives) who has joined the ranks of Kuramathi’s team in June 26 2006.
Haamiim, who currently works in the Guest Services department as a supervisor is an experienced team member in the hospitality industry who has served the resort for a consecutive 5 years. He was employed as a receptionist and with utter commitment he soon rose above the team hierarchy to become the supervisor he is today.
“I like working here, the work atmosphere is well balanced. There are few instances where it’s a bit hard but it all goes away with the eagerness for work. Dealing with guests and ensuring they are well taken care of is simply one thing I love, because it makes both parties happy and leaves a smile on our faces. The world of technology fascinates me and during my free time away from work I devote to polishing up web designing and software development skills.”
