This day is all about the fish! Learn about the thousands of fish that swim in the lagoon and seas of Kuramathi. After all you never know which ones you can catch alive or which ones will bite your fingers! Listen and watch carefully as the native island marine biologist takes you through this.

 

Once you learn about all there is to know about the fish, you are now ready to take the guided snorkelling trip on the reefs of Kuramathi. Be ready with your snorkel, mask and fins as there are lots to be seen.

Filled with activities about designing and creating things, on Tuesdays you can try your hands at making a yummy coconut mousse or a crafty coconut ship. You will also be able to make candles, which you can use on Wednesdays for the scary night-time walks! Tuesdays are also the days when you can make all the decorations to use during all special occasions.

Today is all about Kuramathi. You will have the chance to walk around the island and learn all about the trees, the fruits and all the animals and birds that call Kuramathi home! Perhaps you will be lucky enough to see a bat! But don’t be scared as these are only fruit bats and not one of those scary vampire like ones! The night walk around the island with torches and candles is definitely the most exciting event for the day, perhaps together we can scare away a bandit or two!

On Thursdays you will get to dress up and disguise yourselves. You will paint your face and body and transform into different animals. A special for the parents of these young and talented pirates – a mini theatrical show based on the Lion King or perhaps the Jungle Book. You will finish this evening with the wrap party where you can boogie to the sounds of the latest pirate hit songs.

Let’s go to the beach! Today there are many adventures that you young pirates can take part in, all designed to help you become the best pirate of Bageecha! You can play beach games, learn to toss coconuts, build sandcastles and also swim and play in the water. Later on, around a fire, you can cook marshmallows, breadsticks, corn or even grill a fish whilst singing bonfire songs!

Saturdays is the day when you will really put your pirate skills to test! You will have to walk around the island and collect material to build your raft. After all, there is no other way out of the island!

It is time to complete the final quest. You must find the treasure before anyone else stumbles upon it. Look at the map carefully, perhaps there are some hidden codes that you cannot see yet. You will face many obstacles and challenges that will test your courage, abilities and strength. Find the gold coins hidden around the island and in the depths of the ocean. One thing is for sure, this story will have a happy ending as the sun sets over Kuramathi.
