Due to limited capacity, the steam and sauna facilities are available for those who have a Spa treatment appointment only.

We recommend guests who have spa appointments to be at the Spa at least 30 minutes before their scheduled treatment, for them to use our wet areas where we have our steam room, sauna, and plunge pools. Or 10 minutes prior to treatment in case you do not wish to utilise the wet areas amenities.

Can we book the Spa on the day of arrival or on the day of departure?

Guests can book spa treatments at any point during their stay and can be arranged to be added to their bill just before departure or booked for earlier in their stay. We would advise against booking for day of arrival as this can be problematic if there are delays or complications in travel to resort.
